Janet Greider, MA, NCC , LPC has 20 years of experience working with horses. Janet works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, self harm, attachment ruptures, and trauma. Janet has completed certificate courses in DBT, CBT for trauma, PTSD, and Grief, Humanistic Sand tray Level I, and Attachment Competency & Regulation with Teens and Children. Janet is a provider for Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy Integrating Gestalt equine facilitated psychotherapy and Horse Speak.

Ann has experienced many teachable moments at Equibliss since first teaching Qigong to breast cancer survivors with our horses as co-facilitators. Now, through equine therapy & Qigong “Qi-quine therapy”, she is happy to be able to work with the horses in their natural environment to help clients discover the teacher within. To help you connect with your wisest self, Ann uses an integrative approach across several disciplines including therapy, coaching, spiritual direction and Qigong for health, life, and career transitions. Ailish came to Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy as a horse lover and curious clinical mental health counseling graduate student and was transformed by her experiences with the horses and therapeutic interventions, leading her to pursue training in EFP and adopting Whiskey, a beautiful Mustang and member of the Equibliss psychotherapy team. Ailish is a trauma informed therapist and works with adults and adolescents with a focus on grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, recovery, anxiety, and emotional regulation. Ailish has an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University and has completed certifications in Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy, Trauma, Grief and Loss, and Prolonged Grief.

Jessica invites you to work alongside our equine co-facilitators through a holistic approach incorporating mindfulness, nature, and a sense of play. Her work provides a safe space for you to reconnect with yourself and your environment while collaboratively discovering solutions and support. Emphasizing embodiment in the present moment while developing measurable goals to improve a sense of agency, mental well being, and confidence, Jessica can assist you in navigating relationships and challenges of all kinds. Jessica works with adults, adolescents and couples.

— Carol Baillie (and Norm) One Hoof Forward LLC —

Carol Baillie is an Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) facilitator and owner of One Hoof Forward LLC, which provides EFL services for the LGBTQIA+ and military communities (active duty, reserve, veterans, family members) through individual or group facilitated sessions. Carol meets all individuals where they are in the here and now (present moment) during each session that is specifically tailored to what they need.

Carol is also a disabled U.S. Coast Guard veteran that served both active duty and reserve for eight years. Through her own recovery post service, Carol found the power of human-equine connection, thus she pursued her EFL Level 1 certification through the HERD Institute®. Currently, Carol and Norm, her service dog, are pursuing their EFL Level 2 certification as of July 2023! Carol also holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Rutgers University and is finishing her M.A. in Environmental Resource Policy at The George Washington University in the Fall 2023
