Welcome!

My practice is founded on creating a safe space for you to work on your most authentic, whole and healthy self. I strongly believe in the importance finding your voice, developing an embodied relationship with yourself, whilst understanding family and cultural patterns that have influenced you.

I take an experiential, somatic and relational approach, focused on your mind, body and soul. As we navigate this new chapter together, the horses and the peaceful natural environment we are in will support you building a healthier, more grounded and embodied sense of who you are.

Animals, particularly horses and dogs have had a strong influence in my life, and believe in the powerful relational, mind-body and spiritual transformation that occurs in their presence.

— Meet Ember —

Ember is an off-track thoroughbred who joined our herd in December 2022 after a long and successful career on the track until he was 9. Although considered a "warhorse" Ember has adjusted well to his post-track lifestyle. Initially more reserved, Ember has been shining in his desire to connect, curious to develop relationships with his friend, Snuggles, and clients. On a personal level, he has been enjoying long trail rides, dressage lessons, and even won 1st and 2nd place at our first ever dressage show.

— Meet Snuggleberry —

Snuggleberry (“Snuggles”) is our 9 year old off track thoroughbred who has taught us to reconsider all assumptions we make about horses and thoroughbreds. He is a playful and inquisitive extrovert who thrives on connecting with everyone, people and animals alike. He has never met a stranger. His approach to life is a constant reminder of how much being present, willing to learn and play can restore our wellbeing and ability to thrive in relationships.

— Nature Therapy —

Our barn pastures are nested in six to seven acres of green forest where wildlife feels at home. We strongly believe that we are interconnected to our environment, and us being rooted in nature is an integral part of our community, herd, wellbeing and growth.
Nature is full of presence, change, adaptation, resiliency, growth, and rebirth that we can witness and be inspired by.
We can respond to the invitations for connection, empathy, movement, expression for a more embodied way of being and relating with one another.
The horses live in deep relationship with one another and their environment, and always teach us lessons in living more authentically. Come join us!
