Welcome!
Our practice is founded on creating a safe space for you to work on your most authentic, whole and healthy self. At Equibliss, we strongly believe in the importance finding your voice, developing an embodied relationship with yourself, whilst understanding family and cultural patterns that have influenced you.
As therapists take an experiential, somatic and relational approach, focused on your mind, body and soul. As we navigate this new chapter together, the horses and the peaceful natural environment we are in will support you building a healthier, more grounded and embodied sense of who you are.
Animals, particularly horses and dogs have had a strong influence in my life, and believe in the powerful relational, mind-body and spiritual transformation that occurs in their presence.
